 *7th step（3,010m)→8th step（3,250m)→9th step（3,590m)→The top of
 Mt.Fuji The Crater of Mt.Fuji : walking around （about 60 minutes required）
 *Go down to Yamanashi Yoshida （about 5hours required）
 ✓The climbing entrance and the lower mountain entrance are the same,  
 so if you have a bad physical condition you can take a break in the mountain
 hut at the middle point
 ✓The toilet at the Mt.Fuji requires the user to pay
 ✓Please note that there are various climbing routes and you may get lost.
 After arrived to Mt.Fuji 5th steps, take chartered vehicle and go to restaurant
 *Bathing hot spring experience
 ▶Transfer to Tokyo (about 150 minutes)

(1) Products that can be exchanged or returned
--Products within 14 days upon receipt
--Items that have not been worn, washed, processed or repaired and are in new condition with a tag
--Defective or damaged product
--If you have already consulted with the mail order site during the exchange and refund procedure

(2) Products that cannot be exchanged or returned
--Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
--When the value of the product is lost due to opening or breaking the package
--When the value of the product decreases significantly due to used or partial consumption
--When the product value drops significantly that it cannot be resell over time
--When you open the package of products that can be replicated
--If you have not completed the exchange and return procedures from the mail order site

4. [Health & Beauty Products] Return Procedure
If you would like to return the product, please contact us by phone or email first.
Please refer to the "Return Procedure" below and complete the process.
--Please note that we will not be able to accept and process returns or refunds
if the items are returned without applying and completing the procedures.
--The shipping fee for returning the product depends on the reason for return.
--If you change your mind or change the color or size of the delivered product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
--In case of misdelivery and/or defective products, we will bear the return shipping fee.

"Return procedure"
(1) Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, attach an image that can prove that there is a defect (image of the entire product and enlarged image of the defective part),
Please also include informations such as order number, misdelivery or defective product number and reason for refund.

(2) Once we receive your return request, we will contact you afterwards.

(3) When returning the product, please include a memo with the order number, customer name and your member ID in the package (box, packaging vinyl and etc.)

* For overseas delivery products, we may not be able to accept  exchange and return
according to customer's preference, (Including replacement of color, size and etc.) so please contact us immediately.

In addition, please note that if you exchange or return the item according to your preference,
