How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


The payment methods are as follows.



  • Shipping Method : Shipped by Seller
  • Shipping Area : All over Japan, Overseas
  • Shipping Rate : Free: Shipping fee is free regardless of the price.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 14 days

    The shipping fee for ordered items varies depending on the delivery location (either Japan and/or overseas).
    The officer-in-charge will contact you regarding the exact shipping cost.
    Shipping is limited to health & beauty items and products from the purchasing agency.

    -Delivery Time
    Preparation and shipping may be slightly delayed depending on the type of product.
    Please be sure to contact the management staff in case of return and/or exchange.

    --When sending products overseas
    Tariffs may be incurred in the partner country. In that case, please note that recipient shall be the one to bear customs charges and etc.These charges are collected in the partner country and are not related to this site.

Returns & Exchanges

--Please refer to the cancellation policy stated in the product details.

2. [Health & Beauty Products] Cancellation of Order
--Cancellation is possible only when the order status is "Payment Confirmation" and/or "Preparing for Shipment".
--If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email or thru phone call.

4. [Health & Beauty Products] Exchange and Returns

(1) Products that can be exchanged or returned
--Products within 14 days upon receipt
--Items that have not been worn, washed, processed or repaired and are in new condition with a tag
--Defective or damaged product
--If you have already consulted with the mail order site during the exchange and refund procedure

(2) Products that cannot be exchanged or returned
--Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
--When the value of the product is lost due to opening or breaking the package
--When the value of the product decreases significantly due to used or partial consumption
--When the product value drops significantly that it cannot be resell over time
--When you open the package of products that can be replicated
--If you have not completed the exchange and return procedures from the mail order site

4. [Health & Beauty Products] Return Procedure
If you would like to return the product, please contact us by phone or email first.
Please refer to the "Return Procedure" below and complete the process.
--Please note that we will not be able to accept and process returns or refunds
if the items are returned without applying and completing the procedures.
--The shipping fee for returning the product depends on the reason for return.
--If you change your mind or change the color or size of the delivered product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
--In case of misdelivery and/or defective products, we will bear the return shipping fee.

"Return procedure"
(1) Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, attach an image that can prove that there is a defect (image of the entire product and enlarged image of the defective part),
Please also include informations such as order number, misdelivery or defective product number and reason for refund.

(2) Once we receive your return request, we will contact you afterwards.

(3) When returning the product, please include a memo with the order number, customer name and your member ID in the package (box, packaging vinyl and etc.)

* For overseas delivery products, we may not be able to accept  exchange and return
according to customer's preference, (Including replacement of color, size and etc.) so please contact us immediately.

In addition, please note that if you exchange or return the item according to your preference,
you will be responsible for the round-trip overseas shipping charges, customs charges and VAT.


The payment will be cancelled after the return of the product is confirmed.

When cancelling the payment, the refund may be delayed due to the management policy of the card company.
